Shan – founded in 1985 continues to manufacture all Shan collections in their workshop in Laval, Quebec.   Although their workshops are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology, the hand sewn work by the experienced seamstresses create high standards of quality and attention to details.

The Shan customer is more conscious of her ‘look’ and of the notoriety of the brand.  She is known for her fidelity to her brands and tends to buy multiple products of the same brand.  She wears garments that have a unique style and defined quality as typified by ‘haute couture’. Beyond the luxury aspect, she prefers colours and prints in Italian fabrics  that are pleasurable to wear.
