You will have expanders under your skin, and while your size is changing gradually, you may not want anyone to see this change. There is now a prosthesis that has been designed to change size as you do. It has a soft, silicone shell in the front which is very natural looking; the back of the prosthesis has a micro-fiber pocket that is filled with a medical fleece that can be adjusted in volume according to your needs. Throughout the months of your size changes, the appearance of your silhouette will be perfectly seamless and unchanged.
